You must read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern the Organization Wallet, the allocation of funds to employee Card Accounts and the use of Wolfpack virtual Mastercard® cards issued by Accomplish (D) ApS.
Your Card is issued by, and remains the property of, Accomplish (D) ApS (CVR 43351206), Gammel Mønt 14, 5. TH., 1117 Copenhagen K, Denmark. The Company is the holder of the electronic money issued by Us under this programme. A Cardholder is issued a Card as a payment instrument in order to spend funds allocated by the Company and does not hold electronic money with Us.
All Cards are issued by Us pursuant to a licence from Mastercard International Incorporated.
Customer services are provided by Wolfpack. See Section 17 for contact details.

A change that is favourable to You, or that is required in order to comply with applicable law, may take effect on shorter notice. Changes relating to exchange rates may take effect immediately.
- Changes will be posted on the Website or made available through the Wolfpack platform and notified to You by email, through the platform, or by requiring acceptance of the amended terms when You access the platform.
- You will be taken to have accepted a change unless You tell Us before the change takes effect that You do not agree to it. If You reject a change, We may treat this as notice that You wish to terminate the relevant part of the service.
3. Eligibility, onboarding and approval
- The Company must be onboarded and approved by Accomplish before it can use an Organization Wallet, create Users or request Cards.
- The Company must provide all information and documentation required by Us or the Programme Manager for KYB, KYC, sanctions screening, PEP screening, fraud prevention, tax, regulatory and operational purposes.
- Each Cardholder must be at least 18 years old and must complete the required onboarding and identity verification steps before a Card Account may be activated or a Card made available.
- Employee identity verification will be performed using MitID where available and document fallback where required. We may use third parties to obtain information and carry out checks on Our behalf.
- We reserve the right to refuse to onboard, approve, create, activate or maintain any Company, Administrator, User, Card Account or Card.
- The programme is available only to companies registered in Denmark and holding a Danish CVR number, unless otherwise approved by Us. Cards may only be issued to Cardholders resident in a country approved by Us for the programme.
4. Company / Organization Wallet Terms
4.1 Organization Wallet
The Organization Wallet is held by the Company with Us. The Company is the holder of the electronic money in the Organization Wallet and of Company-funded Balances allocated to Card Accounts, subject to Transactions, authorisations, refunds, restrictions and other movements under these Terms and Conditions.
The Company may use the Wolfpack platform to request creation of Users, Cards and Card Accounts and to allocate funds from the Organization Wallet to Card Accounts.
4.2 Funding the Organization Wallet
The Company may fund its Organization Wallet only by transfer from a payment account held in the Company's own name with a bank or payment institution, using the funding methods approved by Us and made available through the Wolfpack platform. This may include a payment initiated by the Company through the Wolfpack platform using a payment initiation service, or a transfer to the programme IBAN maintained by Us. The Company must use the payment reference provided by Wolfpack on the Wolfpack portal. We are not responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect payment reference.
We may refuse or delay any funding, allocation, Transaction, return or redemption where required for regulatory, compliance, fraud, sanctions, security or operational reasons.
The Programme Manager does not receive, hold or control customer funds in its own bank account. The Programme Manager may only transmit instructions and data through the approved Accomplish API flow.
Card Accounts may only be funded by the Company from its Organization Wallet. A Cardholder cannot fund a Card Account. The personal funds of a Cardholder and the funds of any third party may not be loaded to an Organization Wallet or a Card Account.
4.3 Allocation to Card Accounts
The Company may allocate funds from its Organization Wallet to Card Accounts linked to its Users. When the Company allocates funds to a Card Account, the Cardholder is granted a technical means to spend up to the Company-funded Balance using the Card, subject to these Terms and Conditions, limits and controls.
The Cardholder does not own the Company-funded electronic money and is not entitled to request cash-out or redemption of the Company-funded Balance from Us.
4.4 Unloading and returning funds
The Company may transfer unused Company-funded Balances from a Card Account back to its Organization Wallet through the approved functionality, subject to pending Transactions, authorisation holds, refunds, chargebacks, restrictions and applicable law.
Any return of funds from the Organization Wallet to the Company's own bank account will be handled through the separate process approved by Accomplish. We may require additional information or documentation before returning funds.
4.5 Administrators and instructions
The Company is responsible for appointing, managing and removing Administrators and for ensuring that only authorised persons can give instructions through the Wolfpack platform.
We may rely on instructions received through the approved platform or API flow as instructions of the Company, unless We have reason to believe that the instruction is unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise requires rejection, delay, review or escalation.
4.6 Company responsibility for use of the programme
The Company must ensure that Cards are issued and used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable limits, the Company's internal policies and any instructions provided by Us or the Programme Manager.
The Company is responsible for ensuring that Cardholders understand the permitted use of the Card and keep Security Credentials safe.
The Company is responsible for all Transactions and instructions made using a Card issued to its Cardholders or through its Organization Wallet, whether made by an Administrator, a Cardholder or any person to whom they have given access, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Cardholder / Card Terms
5.1 Card and Card Account issuance
The Card is a virtual Mastercard® card. No physical card is issued and no PIN is required unless otherwise notified to You.
A Card may be made available to You through the Wolfpack platform once the required onboarding, identity verification, screening and approval steps have been completed.
The Card is linked to a Card Account and may only be used up to the available balance on that Card Account and within the limits and controls set by Us and/or the Company.
Your Card is a payment instrument that allows You to spend the Company-funded Balance allocated to the Card Account by the Company. You do not hold the electronic money, the Card Account is not Your account, and You are not entitled to request payment, cash-out or redemption of any Company-funded Balance from Us.
Your authority to use the Card derives from the Company. The Company may at any time reduce, suspend or withdraw the Company-funded Balance, change the limits applying to Your Card, or instruct Us to block or cancel Your Card, without notice to You and without Us being required to give You a reason.
5.2 Use of the Card
You can use the Card to purchase goods and services anywhere Mastercard® is accepted, subject to available balance, applicable limits, Merchant acceptance, security checks, Mastercard rules and these Terms and Conditions.
Cards may be used for online and point-of-sale purchases via Apple Pay, Google Pay or another supported digital wallet where enabled.
Cash withdrawals, cash advances, cash over the counter and card-to-card transfers are not permitted.
The Card must not be used for illegal purposes or for prohibited or restricted Merchant categories notified to You or configured by Us.
5.3 Authorising Transactions
A Transaction will be regarded as authorised by You when You authorise the Transaction using the method required by the Merchant, the digital wallet, the Wolfpack platform or Us. This may include providing Card details, using the Card through Apple Pay, Google Pay or another supported digital wallet, completing 3D Secure authentication, or using another approved authentication method.
Authorisation for a Transaction may not be withdrawn after We have received it, except where applicable law gives You a right to revoke a future-dated Transaction before it is executed.
5.4 Transaction holds
In certain sectors, Merchants such as car hire companies, hotels, restaurants and other service providers may estimate the amount You may spend or require pre-authorisation for an amount higher than the final amount charged. The estimated amount may be held and unavailable for spending until the Merchant settles or releases the authorisation. We cannot release such funds without authorisation from the Merchant.
5.5 Merchant disputes and goods or services
We are not responsible for the goods or services purchased with the Card. Any dispute about goods or services should first be addressed directly with the Merchant.
If goods or services are unsatisfactory, not supplied, supplied only in part or do not match the description, You must notify Customer Services within 60 days of the purchase to enable Us to assess whether a commercial chargeback may be available. This 60-day limit relates to commercial disputes with Merchants and does not affect Your statutory right to report unauthorised or incorrectly executed Transactions within 13 months.
6. Fees
- Your use of the Organization Wallet, Card Account and/or Card is subject to the fees and charges set out in the Fees Table.
- Fees and charges are payable by the Company. Fees and charges may be deducted from the Organization Wallet or Card Account at the time they are incurred, depending on the fee type and the applicable programme setup. If there is insufficient balance to cover a Transaction and applicable fees, the Transaction may be declined.
- Any fee must not restrict mandatory rights in relation to unauthorised or incorrectly executed Transactions. Any chargeback or investigation fee will only apply where permitted by law and disclosed in the Fees Table.
- Where no Transaction has been made using a Card for 365 consecutive days, an inactivity fee as set out in the Fees Table will be deducted monthly from the Company-funded balance on the relevant Card Account until a Transaction is made or the Card Account is closed. The inactivity fee is payable by the Company and not by the Cardholder personally. We will notify the Company before the first inactivity fee is charged.
6.5 Fees Table
| Fee | Amount |
|---|---|
| Foreign Currency Conversion fee | 2% |
| Chargeback Case handling fee | 225 DKK |
| Inactivity Fee | 22.5 DKK per month after 365 days of inactivity |
7. Limits
- Limits apply to the Organization Wallet, Card Accounts and Cards. These limits may include single transaction limits, daily, monthly and yearly limits, count limits, load limits, transfer limits and Merchant category restrictions.
- Current programme limits are made available through the Wolfpack platform or otherwise notified to You. We may apply lower limits, reject Transactions or require additional approval or documentation where required for regulatory, fraud, security, sanctions, risk or operational reasons.
- The Company may set lower internal limits for individual Cardholders through the Wolfpack platform where this functionality is enabled.
8. Transactions made in foreign currencies
- The Organization Wallet, Card Account and Card are denominated in DKK unless otherwise notified to You.
- If You use the Card to purchase goods or services in a currency other than DKK, the Transaction will be converted into DKK on the day We receive details of it. We will use Mastercard® authorised rates applicable for the Transaction. A foreign exchange fee may apply as set out in the Fees Table.
9. Security and keeping Your Card and credentials safe
- You must keep Your Card, Card details and Security Credentials safe and secure at all times.
- You must not disclose passwords, one-time passcodes, 3D Secure authentication codes, security credentials or other personalised security information to anyone, including colleagues, family, Merchant staff or anyone claiming to act on behalf of Wolfpack, Accomplish, Mastercard or the Company.
- You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Card, Card Account, Organization Wallet and Security Credentials.
- If You suspect that Your Card Details or Security Credentials have been lost, stolen, disclosed, compromised or misused, You must contact Customer Services immediately and block the Card through the available functionality if possible.
10. Lost or stolen Cards, unauthorised Transactions and liability
- If You think that any Card, Card Details or Security Credentials have been lost, stolen or compromised, or if You believe that any Transaction is unauthorised, has been posted in error or has not been correctly executed, You must notify Customer Services without undue delay after becoming aware and in any event no later than 13 months after the debit date.
- If a Card is reported lost, stolen or compromised, We will cancel or block it and may issue a replacement virtual Card where appropriate.
- Subject to Sections 10.4 to 10.6, the amount of an unauthorised Transaction or of a Transaction incorrectly executed by Us will be refunded to the Organization Wallet or to the Card Account from which it was debited. No refund will be paid to a Cardholder.
- As the holder of the electronic money, the Company is the payer in respect of all Transactions. The Company and Accomplish agree that, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, section 100 of the Danish Payments Act shall not apply to this corporate card programme.
- Liability for unauthorised Transactions, incorrectly executed Transactions and misuse of Cards, Card Details or Security Credentials shall be allocated between the Company and Us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable mandatory law. Any liability of a Cardholder towards the Company is a matter between the Company and the Cardholder under their own arrangements and does not concern Us.
- The Company will not be liable for losses arising after We have been notified in accordance with Section 10.1, except to the extent permitted under applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.
- If Our investigations show that a Transaction reported as unauthorised or incorrectly executed was authorised or correctly executed, or that You have acted fraudulently, intentionally or with gross negligence, We may reverse any refund and charge any fee set out in the Fees Table where permitted by law.
- Our liability to You under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the following exclusions and limitations. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits Our liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including Our liability under section 100 of the Danish Payments Act. Subject to that, We will not be liable for any loss arising from:
- a Merchant refusing to accept a Card, or any defect in, or failure to supply, goods or services purchased with a Card;
- any cause which results from abnormal or unforeseen circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, or which would have been unavoidable despite all Our efforts to stop it;
- Us suspending, restricting or cancelling an Organization Wallet, Card Account or Card, or refusing to issue or replace a Card, in the circumstances set out in Section 13.1;
- Our compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order, request from a competent authority or Mastercard® rules;
- loss or corruption of Security Credentials, unless caused by Our wilful default or wrongdoing; or
- any act or omission of the Programme Manager in providing the Wolfpack platform or customer services, except where We are liable for that act or omission as a matter of law.
- Unless otherwise required by law or as set out in these Terms and Conditions, We will not be liable in respect of any loss which was not a foreseeable consequence of Our actions, or for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data.
- From time to time, the availability of the Wolfpack platform, an Organization Wallet, a Card Account or a Card may be interrupted, for example when maintenance is carried out. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruption where We have taken reasonable steps to limit it.
11. Refunds from Merchants
- If a Merchant refunds a Transaction made with a Card, the refund will be credited back to the relevant Card Account or, if the Card Account has been closed or restricted, handled in accordance with the arrangements between the Company and Us.
- The Cardholder is not entitled to receive refunds in cash from Us. Any refund belongs to the Company.
12. Card expiry, replacement and renewal
- The Card is valid until the expiry date shown for the Card, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Card is expected to be valid for three years unless another expiry date is shown to You.
- Once the Card has expired, the Cardholder will no longer be able to use it to make Transactions. Any remaining Company-funded Balance will be handled in accordance with the Company's instructions and the arrangements between the Company and Us.
- We may replace, renew, block or cancel a Card where requested through the approved API flow or where required for regulatory, fraud, security, operational or compliance reasons.
13. Suspension, restriction and refusal of Transactions
- We may at any time suspend, restrict, block or cancel any Organization Wallet, Card Account or Card, or refuse to issue, replace or renew a Card, where:
- We are concerned about security, fraud, misuse or unauthorised use;
- We need to comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions requirements, regulatory expectations or Mastercard rules;
- We suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other criminal activity;
- information provided to Us is incorrect, incomplete or cannot be verified;
- You breach these Terms and Conditions or repeatedly breach any term and fail to resolve the matter in a timely manner;
- a Transaction, Company, User, Cardholder, Organization Wallet, Card Account or Card poses a regulatory, security, credit, fraud, business, compliance or reputational risk to Us; or
- We are required to do so by any competent authority, law enforcement agency, court, payment scheme, processor or other relevant third party.
- Where We suspend, restrict, block or cancel a service, We will tell You as soon as We can or are permitted to do so, either before or after We have taken such steps.
- We may decline to authorise a Transaction if there are insufficient funds, the Transaction would exceed a limit, the Transaction appears unlawful, unauthorised, fraudulent or suspicious, the Merchant is blocked or restricted, or We are otherwise required or permitted to reject it.
14. Cancellation, termination and closure
- The Company may request closure of an Organization Wallet, User, Card Account or Card through the Wolfpack platform or Customer Services, subject to pending Transactions, fees, restrictions and regulatory requirements.
- A Cardholder may request that the Cardholder's Card be blocked or cancelled by contacting Customer Services. This will not entitle the Cardholder to redemption of any remaining Company-funded Balance.
- If a Cardholder leaves the Company or no longer has authority to use the Card, the Company must promptly block or cancel the Card and/or notify Customer Services. The Company remains responsible for Transactions and instructions made before the Card is blocked or cancelled, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- We may terminate the Organization Wallet, Card Account or Card by giving the Company at least two months' notice.
- We may terminate or close an Organization Wallet, Card Account or Card immediately where any of the circumstances in Section 13.1 applies.
- If there is a positive balance in the Organization Wallet when it is closed, We will return the remaining Company funds to a bank account in the Company's name, subject to applicable fees, restrictions, outstanding Transactions, chargebacks, compliance checks and regulatory requirements.
- Any Transaction, fee or charge incurred after cancellation or termination remains payable and may be deducted from the Organization Wallet or any relevant Card Account.
15. Transaction overview and information
- The Company can view Organization Wallet balances, Card Account balances and Transactions through the Wolfpack platform where functionality is made available.
- Cardholders can view Card details, recent Transactions and available Company-funded Balance through the Wolfpack app or web portal where functionality is made available.
- You must keep Your login details secret. If You believe someone else is using or may know Your login details, You must contact Customer Services immediately.

19. Third party providers
This Section 19 applies to the Company only.
- Where access by third party providers is required by law and technically supported, You may be able to allow an authorised third party provider to access information on the relevant Account or initiate payment services, provided the third party provider is authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority or another competent authority within the EU/EEA and You have given explicit consent.
- We may refuse or stop access to a third party provider if We are concerned it is not authorised, or if We believe it is fraudulent or acting fraudulently. If this happens, We will contact You to explain why unless doing so would compromise security or would be unlawful.
20. General

- Execution times
An instruction to fund an Organization Wallet is received when the funds are credited to the programme account maintained by Us provided that the payment can be matched to the relevant Company and is not subject to compliance, fraud, sanctions or operational review. An instruction to allocate funds to a Card Account, to return funds from a Card Account to the Organization Wallet, or to return funds from the Organization Wallet to the Company's bank account, is received when We receive it. If We receive an instruction on a day which is not a Business Day, or after 16:00 CET on a Business Day, it is deemed received on the following Business Day.
Where funds are returned to the Company's bank account, We will ensure the amount is credited to the payment service provider of that account by the end of the Business Day following the day on which the instruction is received, provided that the payment service provider is located within the EEA and the payment is in DKK, euro or another currency of an EEA member state. We will credit the recipient's payment service provider for all other payments by the end of the fourth Business Day following the day on which the instruction is received.
Allocations from an Organization Wallet to a Card Account, and returns from a Card Account to an Organization Wallet, are executed immediately where the platform is available.
